Victoria Colaluca (she/her)

M.Psy., Psy.D Student Therapist

Victoria is a Psy.D. candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at Adler Graduate Professional School of Psychology in Toronto. Her clinical training includes providing therapy for adolescents and adults with OCD and related disorders, as well as depression, trauma/PTSD, panic attacks, perfectionism, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and anger/emotional dysregulation. Victoria brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to her clinical work and places importance on helping clients feel comfortable and supported as they work toward change.

At FTPS, Victoria provides support to individuals with a variety of OCD-related presentations. She has expertise in working with all OCD subtypes and presentations, including but not limited to: just-right OCD, moral scrupulosity OCD, relationship OCD, suicidal OCD, harm OCD, sensorimotor OCD, health OCD, real-event OCD, contamination OCD, and order/symmetry OCD.

Victoria also works with individuals with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder/panic attacks, specific phobias, depression, emotion dysregulation, and body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), such as hair pulling, skin picking, and nail biting. Victoria provides ERP-focused CBT treatment when working with individuals with OCD and OCD-related conditions. Victoria also utilizes aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Victoria also has extensive experience providing psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She is also able to provide psychodiagnostic assessments for adolescents and adults, with a specific focus on ASD, ADHD, and other psychological concerns. Assessments will typically include an interview, standardized measures, and a feedback session with diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.

Victoria understands that seeking support takes courage. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where change can happen. Her approach is client-centred, as she believes that therapy is most effective when clients feel actively involved in understanding and shaping their own therapeutic journey. Victoria supports clients in facing rather than avoiding their fears, helping them build confidence in their ability to cope, strengthen their sense of empowerment, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Her research interests focus on the impact stigma has on various subtypes of OCD, and recently, she has shifted to identifying caregiver psychosocial characteristics that impact pediatric OCD treatment.

When Victoria is not working, you will likely find her reading, watching movies, doing yoga/pilates, walking her dog or spending time with her family and friends.
