Forward Thinking is located virtually In Ontario and in British Columbia. 

By accessing this website, www.ftpsych.ca (the “Website”) you have accepted the Terms in full. Do not continue to use the Website if you do not accept the Terms. The Client’s use or continued use of this Website  confirms its agreement to any offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client by way of this Website or by way of any other means, contemplated by Forward Thinking, in its sole discretion, to be the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products (collectively, the “Services”). The Services, as well as these Terms, the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, shall be governed in accordance with and subject to, the laws of the applicable Canadian provincial jurisdiction and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. If the Client disagrees with any or all of these Terms, the Client must immediately discontinue the use of this Website.
